UK SHIPPING - Using the most appropriate tracked delivery service

UK SHIPPING SERVICE PRICE

​

Standard Tracked Free Delivery on all UK Orders (Time - 5 to 7 working days for delivery, although we will try and get your order to you sooner)

 

Delivery charges will be as displayed to you on the website at the checkout.  Please note, additional charges (such as customs duty) may apply for delivery outside the UK, which Wendy Laverick Ltd are not responsible for.

DELIVERY

All items are made to order, meaning we do not hold stock. If you have ordered more than 1 item, then these could arrive at separate times but will do our best to send you all items at the same time. Although, we do state 5 to 7 working days for delivery we will try and get your order to you sooner.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

 

The product(s) will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product(s) to the address you provided to us.

 

We may have to suspend the supply of a product to deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes.

 

We may need certain information from you so that we can supply the products to you. If so, this will have been stated in the description of the products on the website. We will contact you in writing to ask for this information. If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we will inform you and either not take payment or, where we have already done so, offer you a full refund to your original method of payment. We will not be responsible for supplying the products late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the information, we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.

If you do not pay us for the products when you are supposed to and you still do not make payment within 7 days of us reminding you that payment is due, we may suspend supply of the products until you have paid us the outstanding amounts. We will contact you to tell you we are suspending supply of the products. As well as suspending the products we can also charge you interest on your overdue payments.

 

CAN MY ORDER BE EXPEDITED?

The team at Wendy Laverick Ltd will try to ship your order as fast as possible whilst maintaining the high level of quality control procedures which are put in place.

Your order is shipped direct from, and every item is made to order. Time and care goes into custom making each Wendy Laverick Ltd product.

It can currently take up to 7-10 working days for your order to arrive in busy periods

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship internationally to the following countries which costs a minimum of £35.00 (excluding 40” canvas, & other larger/heavier pieces, Limited Edition pieces)

France, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria.

For any orders for 40” canvases, and/or Limited-Edition pieces please email us at info@wendylaverick.com for an international shipping quote.

International Shipping will take approximately 15 working days.

​

Shipping to anywhere in North and South America costs a minimum of £35.00. Additional costs may be incurred depending on the size and weight of your product purchase.

 

PLEASE NOTE: International customers are responsible for covering any and all duties or excise duties; taxes applied by their own country of residence; hence you should please check these costs yourself prior to purchase. Wendy Laverick Ltd cannot be held responsible for any such charges.
